It’s so easy to pick apart our reflections. So often so many of us look in the mirror and immediately focus on flaws, lumps and talk to ourselves in such a negative way. It’s time we spoke to ourselves the way we would our best friends or loved ones. Showing ourself a bit of love and care. I’ve been looking at myself and focusing on things I like about myself whether that is physically or not. It really lifts your mood and you will slowly start to notice you don’t immediately slate yourself and can really improve your happiness and mental health.

My little Prince 👑

We have really settled into a family of four. Despite the lack of sleep on my end I’m loving every second and feel like everything else in my life is falling into place. I’m focusing on positivity, self care and self growth as well as making sure my kids are loved, heard and happy 🧡

Had my first cocktail since giving birth yesterday

Had my first cocktail since giving birth yesterday and finally was able to meet my babe @_lifewithrosieandflorence_ after covid stopped us meeting for the past year. We went to the fab @theyardcoventry and can’t wait to go back again soon for more cocktails and the fab shows they have ☺️

Very much looking forward to more cocktail catch ups with friends and having people over for a BBQ and some drinks in the sun while the kiddies play! Are you feeling like things are getting back to normal slowly?

Ad - gifted meal - We went for lunch at @belgradetheatre to test the new menu for my new media site @thecovwarkchronicle this week. Full article will be available soon but the salad was delish and you can’t go wrong with fries! All fully loaded where you can add different toppings on to suit your taste 🤤 (I was boring and kept my fries plain though 😂) The new design is gorgeous. I really can’t wait to be able to go for lunch and a show again - I miss the theatre so much 😭

Ad - gifted visit - Today we had an absolutely ama

Ad - gifted visit - Today we had an absolutely amazing day at @warwickcastleofficial to meet Zog, the knight and the princess. Lily had the best day and was so excited about every second and meeting everyone, especially the knight training. That was certainly her favourite.

Shout out to all the incredible staff who took time to talk to her and have conversations. It is safe to say she went to bed very easily and very happy tonight. I’ve added a highlight story of our day so be sure to check it out!

Ad - gifted visit - Yesterday we had a fabulous mo

Ad - gifted visit - Yesterday we had a fabulous morning at @hattonworld for the spring spectacular event. We met the baby animals and gave them some food, went on some funfair rides and saw all the other fabulous things they had to make the kids days fun filled and fabulous.

Hatton world is one of my favourite places to visit and can’t wait to go back again in Summer for some strawberry picking. Highly recommend for anyone to book a visit - Full blog post coming soon! 🌳🐑💛
