The Girl Power Brunch At Esquires | Ad

Twas the night before International Women’s Day and all through the Esquires there were some amazing women having brunch and drinking coffee. I know that doesn’t rhyme but you get the picture. Myself and my Coventry Blogger girls went to try out the new menu at Esquires Coffee in Coventry which was gifted, also please note all views and opinions are my own.

There was major girl power vibes that night as everyone who attended was an amazing creative blogger and were pure inspirations. The other amazing creatives their that night were Adam and Tom who made our delicious food and drinks for us to try. There are so many new things on their menu you can try. Smashed avocado on toast, Eggs Benedict and the wonderful Full English or Full English vegan breakfast.

I do love Esquires I’ve mentioned it a few times and if I have a meeting I tend to go there. It has a cosy atmosphere but there is a lot of space. The staff are always a delight, super helpful and let me tell you they make a mean cup of coffee. Thom always makes them pretty too! When I found out they were doing a breakfast menu I was so excited, breakfast is probably my favourite meal of the day when it’s done right and it’s not rushed.

I knew as soon as I saw the menu the one I wasn’t to try was the full vegan breakfast, I am trying to eat less meat and to be honest I like vegetarian and vegan stuff anyway, I think it tastes good and it tends to be good for you so win win. In the full vegan you get smashed avocado, two mushroom & tarragon sausages, roast tomato, field mushroom, beans, hash brown, spinach and toast. I mean, what’s not to love? I’m craving it now as I type this. It was cooked really well, the hash brown was perfect and my lovely girl Dalma who had the same gave me a good idea of putting some of the smashed avocado on the toast – perfection!

The drink of choice was my usual, coconut milk mocha and I have also got Kayleigh hooked on them too! If you haven’t had I highly recommend giving it a go! After that meal we were all full of tasty food, gorgeous coffee and feeling the love. I really needed that intimate gathering with some amazing girls to cheer me up and give me that motivational boost!

Breakfast and brunch is an event, it shouldn’t be rushed, it should be embraced, enjoy it, eat wonderful food, have amazing company and start the day as you mean to go on!

What is your favourite thing for breakfast? Let me know in the comments below!

The food was soooo good that evening! 😀 Their breakfast menu is definitely something I’ll be having again in the future! I especially love that they’ve brought out the vegan menu as it’s such a popular coffee shop that it’s so good to have it as an option. 😀 I’m craving the eggs royale I had. 😛
