I’m sure every parent in history has said this but she’s growing too fast! It’s crazy to think that in 2 months we will of had her for half a year already. So much has changed in the last month it’s unreal. She so much more independent and wants to do more things.
She has come so far this month, she manages to hold her head really well without support, I’m pretty sure she will be weaning soon onto some purees. She still sleeps amazing, just last night she slept 9 hours. She has become a lot more interactive and playful. She laughs all the time. She loves to play with her toys, watch TV and is a lot more aware of what is going on.
I’m so proud of her and how well she is doing. I opened her a JISA (Junior ISA) which is a tax free savings account with no access until she is 18. I believe every parent should have one of these, put in some money they get for Christmas and birthdays, got a spare £5? Whack it in. It will all add up and really help go towards University or a car, whatever stage they are at in their lives.
We have had a few struggles this month as well, she is still teething terribly and no teeth have cut through. I’m doing everything I can, teething gel, cuddles, teething toys and even Calpol if it gets bad. It’s heartbreaking when they are so upset and bothered by the pain. I just hope they come through soon. She asleep as I’m doing this and going for her jabs later. Dreading it, I just hate it.
