I know a lot of these pictures are food but to be honest, I haven’t been up to an awful lot but been focusing on my healthy eating. Which did work, I lost another 2 and a half pounds this week. I’ve been working as per, living a fairly normal existence this week nothing important.
I’ve spent most of the weekend watching Orange is the new black. I love this show, its crazy Piper is a real person and it’s based on her experiences. I’ve been watching a lot of netflix lately and been slacking on the exercise. I’m not sure why, I’ve been feeling a bit stressed and I know I eat emotionally. I haven’t searched for much help with that, but I know I need too.
It’s hard to explain it to others, the same as anxiety and I feel that they bounce off each other. I need to draw a line under it and start again.
Sorry this post is a bit whiney. On the up side I dyed my hair, painted my nails and had a pamper night. I feel so much better after that, it’s nice to make time for yourself.
