Like most other women I’m on the road to lose some weight. For my health and some other personal reasons. It’s not an easy journey there are personal issues, physical issues that can prevent and hinder anyones weight loss journey. You never know what people are going through. Sometimes we have lazy days and somedays we just can’t be bothered. This is a simple quick go to breakfast which is also super tasty.
Muller Light Yoghurts are syn free, break up a cereal bar that you can have as your healthy extra B as a topper. Pair with some Strawberries for some Speed food and blueberries for a burst of those nutrients and vitamins you need. I also have a coffee most mornings, use sweetner instead of sugar and the milk from your healthy extra A. There you have a syn free breakfast. Great for a Saturday morning.
