Sunday Summary #14

Sunday already, this week has gone so quick I feel like I hardly did anything. Although I know I was super busy. I was at work on all different shifts which was all over the place but how I needed it. Some days I was on 8am-4pm, some days I was on 12pm to 8pm. Craziness. However, as I said I needed the different shifts as I had some meetings and things going on.

One of them was that I am an ambassador for Ikea for the #LiveLAGOM project. This project is all about living a more sustainable life but having a balance. The main thing I want to work towards is less waste. I probably throw away a lot more food than I’d like to. It’s a waste of money and not good for the earth. We shall see how it goes with the project and support from the lovely people working with me.

I’ve also been dieting this week, probably the worst time as I have come on as well, so I’ll most likely have a few extra pounds from that. I don’t really come on, due to the implant so it was an unpleasant surprise. Although, I have weighed myself this morning and lost 4lb this week. So I’m pretty pleased with that. Progress is progress, no matter how small.

Friday night was pretty horrific with the horrible things that happened, not just in Paris but all over the world. There was earthquakes and all sorts going on. My heart is with everyone hurt or who lost someone over this.

Last thing I’m going to mention is that beauty in the picture. My new Mac. I have finally upgraded from that tiny cheap google chrome book. I can focus more on blogging and not worry about my laptop dying about an hour and half after I’ve got into my work. It’s hard getting used to but, it’s still lovely and pretty.

How’s your week been?
