Current Favourites #1

I don’t think I’ve done a favourites in forever. As I’m trying to get into YouTube now, I may do it on there sometimes. I’ve found quite a new things I’ve been loving lately so thought I would share them with you. Favourites are one of my favourite things to read, it helps me find new products.

John Frieda Ultimate Fixation Hairspray
I recently picked this up as I am a fan of John Frieda products. Also as the weather gets warmer, the humidity makes me look like Monica from friends when we went abroad with chandler and the gang. No body wants that. I got the highest hold as my hair needs the stability. This hairspray is really light weight and perfect to brush through after. No knots or tangles. it is also infused with Keratin, which helps reduce frizz.

Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede
This is a perfect scent for Spring. It’s floral but not overpowering like some others. It last quite long but it’s always nice to have spritz throughout the day. This bottle is perfect to just pop in your bag.

Essie in Chinchilly
I got two of this nail polish for Christmas from my best friends Shannon and Alice. They know how much I love the colour. I wear a lot of black and I’m not a fan of black nails but I do really like grey nails. Chinchilly is a perfect grey and goes with any other colour. If I have acrylic nails and put this over them it can last up to 3 weeks without getting chipped or fading.

Rimmel BB Cream
I have been loving this BB cream at the moment, my skins been playing up a bit and I haven’t wanted to slap loads of thick foundation on. This give good medium coverage, even over spots and also 9 in 1. Primes, moisturises, minimizes pores, conceals, covers, smoothes, marrifies, brightens and helps protect. Who wouldn’t want that?

Clinique 3 Step Set
Again, I’ve been using this as my skin has been playing up. I’m not a very knowledgeable in the skincare section. Serums and toners and all this stuff. I will certainly be educating myself so my skin improves but this set is perfection. A great thing to have if you are starting out in skincare.

Maybelline Gel Eyeliner

I find Gel eyeliner so much easier now, it really lasts all day without re-application. It takes a bit of practice to do the winged liner but I prefer it so much. It lasts a lot longer too as you use hardly any even though it’s a tiny jar. Perfect!

Avon Cosmetics Doll Pink Lipstick

I normally have nude and neutral eyes so I do like to jazz my make up looks sometimes with bold lip colours. I’ve been loving this hot pink for Spring so far. It doesn’t stay on as well as I’d like so you will need to re-apply throughout the day.
