Now, if your anything like me you love to have a cheeky snack now and then. The only problem with that is that all those calories add up, now I don’t count calories, I never have. I’m leading a more healthy lifestyle this year, while bringing you guys along so I can give you little hints and tips I pick up a long the way. I still won’t be counting calories as I believe this is unhealthy and you can have a fruit smoothie which is amazing for you but maybe have like 200 calories or a diet coke which has 0 calories but is still bad for your body. So anyway, on to my new go to snack, popcorn.
I’ve only ever really had popcorn at the cinema, I haven’t thought to bring it home and keep it in the cupboards, Metcalfe skinny were kind enough to send me out a selection of their range to try. Try I did, I LOVE them, can’t get over how tasty they are and still pretty low in calories and all the other stuff, its in the name ‘skinny’. So if you do count calories these will be perfect for you, none of the ones I had were below 230 calories and that included my new favourite flavors, ‘chocolate crackle’ and ‘sweet n salt’. I ended up eating my sweet and salt popcorn and then going out to buy more.
So, Metcalfe popcorn come in ‘share’ bags and individual bags, I would suggest getting the individual bags otherwise you may end up eating a whole big share bag to yourself, its too tasty. I am mega impressed with the different variety they have and how I don’t have to feel guilty after going to grab a handful and realizing it’s all gone. I am loving it while relaxing with Netflix and a magazine the best, perfect combinations!
