So I’ve recently come across these healthy little snacks. To say they are delicious is an understatement. Personally the Strawberry bar topped with yogurt tastes like jelly and ice cream but its healthy and good for you, so win win. These yummy little treats are all made from real fruit, none of that processed fake stuff. There is no artificial colours, flavorings or preservatives. I’ve been becoming a lot more aware of what I eat lately and what I’m putting in my body. It’s so important to eat healthy but to most people it feels like a chore and you don’t enjoy it.
I do genuinely enjoy a lot of healthy foods but these snacks taste amazing and are healthy. They are perfect for on the go, to pop in your handbag so you can nibble on them rather than picking up some chocolate. They would be a great snack to put in your children’s lunch boxes. If you go to the gym or have a morning work out, have one of these fruit pieces before or after to help keep you going and give your body some goodness and nutrition. My favourite is the granola pieces, I’ve tried the mango and granola covered in yogurt and it’s so nice, a light snack. But I really can’t wait to try the strawberry and raisin ones, I have a feeling these snacks will be in my kitchen cupboards a lot.
